DROPS Soft Tweed

DROPS Soft Tweed is, as the name suggests, a soft tweed yarn. The yarn consists of merino wool, superfine alpaca and viscose. The yarn is created when these fibers are carded together with small felted "tweed buttons", thanks to which small spots of color appear in the yarn. DROPS Soft Tweed is therefore a carded yarn and this means that it is lighter and more breathable than other similar worsted yarns - this yarn is a great choice when knitting by hand.

This coarse and elegant yarn is easy to knit and the stitches create a beautiful living surface. The yarn is quite suitable for cardigans, vests, sweaters and jackets. DROPS Soft Tweed yarn is suitable for designs designed for DROPS Karisma, DROPS Lima and DROPS Merino Extra Fine yarns (Yarn Group B).
