— Show original Soft and lightweight alpaca yarn for plush knits
DROPS Melody is a luxurious and soft yarn that combines superfine alpaca and merino wool. Its light and slightly fluffy surface resembles mohair, making the knit airy yet warm.
The yarn is especially suitable for loose knits and accessories where a soft and light result is desired. With large needles, the work progresses quickly without the knit becoming heavy. Melody also works well combined with another yarn when you want more thickness and softness.
The sophisticated color chart offers options from subdued tones to brighter colors.
Material: 71% alpaca, 25% wool, 4% polyamide
Ball/flow rate: 50 g = approx. 140 m
Needles: 8 mm
Knitting density: 12 sts x 14 rows = 10 x 10 cm
