The Mustikkametsä wool jacket starts with a hem with a plant-themed cross-stitch pattern. The body part reaching the thigh is knitted in the round and stitched open. The slightly baggy sleeves are joined to the hem and raglan decreases are made. The neckline is open.

You can leave openings above the embroidery pattern for inset pockets if you wish. It is also possible to make a longer version of the cardigan, to which you can add sewn-on pockets above the pattern.
