The book's pattern pages are cut into sections - by combining different heads and bodies, you can easily design your own character. Hidden in the closets are outfits for, among other things, a ballerina, a chef, a gardener, an astronaut, and just your own dad in his everyday clothes.

In addition to the patterns, there is also technical guidance on how to make the doll using either an easy or slightly more advanced crochet method. However, all dolls and clothing can be made using basic stitches and techniques.
