Product description —
Show original A knitting aid is a great tool for loosening stitches. Place the hollow cable on the end of the needle and carefully pull the stitches from the needle onto the cable.
Easily separate sleeve loops or place the cable in the hem of an unfinished shirt for fitting.
The cable is rubber and hollow. The loops are easy to transfer to the cable and knotted to prevent the loops from slipping off.
The cables are packaged in a handy resealable bag for easy storage.
How are cables used?
- Use them as test cables when trying on a sweater or other garment. Easily thread loops onto these cables and test your garment by placing a knot in the cable. The cables have a bit of flexibility.
- Use cables to finish the edge of a large scarf or blanket. Few circular needles are long enough to cover such a large circumference. You can join cables together by placing a needle between two cables.
- When knitting mittens, cut a shorter piece of cable to hold the thumb loops in place while you knit the rest of the mitten. As you can see, they have more than one use!
The package includes three cables:
