You can connect Swivel steel cables to all KnitPro replacement heads, and this way you always get the circular needles of the size you need with which knitting is a pleasure!

The beautiful turquoise Mindful series cables have a core of flexible steel wire and a coating of very slippery nylon. Compared to a traditional plastic cable, steel cables stay straight better without disturbing knots, and the specialty of the swivel cable is its rotating connector parts, thanks to which the needles can always be turned into the right position and the knitting work can rest comfortably on your lap without straining your wrists. Due to the freely rotating connectors, there is also less resistance to the threads when knitting, so the threads stay even better.

Screw the replacement ends onto the cable with your fingers and use the included cable wrench to help tighten the threads: insert the stick into the hole in the connector and use it as a lever arm. The package also includes flower-patterned cable plugs, which you can twist into stoppers on the ends of the cable if you leave the loops on the cable waiting and remove the replacement ends for another job. With stoppers, it is also easy to fit a cable knit without fear of stitches escaping.

The lengths of the cable are the lengths of the finished round stick, with the replacement ends attached. Short (40 and 50 cm) cables only work with short replacement heads, with longer cables you can use both long and short replacement heads. If you need an extra long cable, you can connect the cables to each other using cable connectors.
