Fingering version of the popular Metsänpeitto sweater. The sweater is knitted from top to bottom. The sweater is thinner than the original Metsänpeitto sweater and is also suitable as a garment in summer.

The forest blanket sweater is knitted in two colors with a needle pattern on the hem and cuffs. The pattern does not have long runs of yarn and it is easy to knit even for an inexperienced knitter. The patterns for the hem and sleeves can also be knitted in several colors if desired. Choose high enough contrasts so that the pattern stands out well.
