Soft lambswool yarn for plush knits

Vuonueen Unelma is a Finnish lambswool yarn that feels naturally soft and genuine. The wool from the first harvest makes the yarn fine and pleasant to work with.

The yarn is especially suitable for plush accessories and knitwear, such as beanies, scarves, mittens and sweaters. It also works well in felted projects and is a good alternative for Icelandic-style knitwear, for example.

The light twist makes knitting smooth, and the yarn holds together well. Natural lanolin adds softness and protects the fiber, and the yarn has not been chemically treated.

Weight: 100 g = approx. 120 m
Thickness: 285 tex x 3, chunky / bulky
Needle recommendation: 6–7 mm
Care instructions: wool wash 40 °C or hand wash

Tip: you can join the ends of the yarn by felting them together between your hands, which eliminates the need for knots.
