Suomen Lanka’s fishing twines are truly five-star products, and I love the shades. However, I will not be ordering yarn—or anything else—from Paapo again. One of the 500-gram balls I ordered was badly faded. Personally, I wouldn't have the nerve to sell such a product to anyone, even at a discount. No return instructions were included with the package, and when I tried to resolve the matter via email, the seller refused to take responsibility for the issue.

Return instructions are available on our website, but we are also happy to assist via email or phone if the process is unclear. Our return policy applies to discounted items as well. The issue with this particular return was that the ball of yarn had already been put to use and crocheted with. Some of these discounted balls may show signs of color fading—a detail we have noted in the product information. If a product differs from the information we provided and has not been used, we issue a refund without exception; this is standard practice across the board.
