Small enough for thin fingers. Tried a couple of others and I don't even hope it would stay on the finger. Turns too easily. But he's doing his thing.

I think this is a really good thread guide, I’ve used this a lot, it feels a little tight at first, but I’ve stretched my finger hole bigger by twisting those bibs out and loosening like that.

The threads stay in good order. The only small downside is the amount of squeezing in your finger. Can't be used all the time.

The wire guide is a bit hepposenous. It's a bit tight. Squeezes forefinger even though I have slender fingers. But when I learn to use it, it favors its place. It should feel stronger. Not a good model.
